The Family Atmosphere Tinker Tom's is run by Tom Poore and he enlists the help of his three kids, Mariah, Josh and Ethan Poore. They assist him in the repair of bicycles and vacuums and any other jobs he needs done. Mariah is a Junior at McCook Senior High School, Josh is a freshman at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and Ethan is a Junior at Nebraska Wesleyan, also in Lincoln. While the two boys are gone, Mariah helps out when she is not busy with school and her other job. Tom has been in this type of business since the 80's and loves providing the services that he does. Although many might think the combination of bikes, vacuums and skateboards may be a weird one, it works.
