 | About The StoreAfter moving from the location a few blocks away, this business adopted a new name and location, Tinker Tom's at 114 George Norris Ave. Along with these changes came a new focus: to specialize in bike, vacuum and skateboard sales and service. This meant parting with the hardware and pet portion that the old store was known for. The owner, Tom Poore, however, says that this new direction is really what he wanted and that everything is going well at this new location. History
After moving the the new location in June of 2009, Tom, with the help of his kids, began the new direction of Tinker Tom's. This meant specializing in Bike, Vacuum and Skateboard repair and sales. Tom hopes to one day expand the bike area to the second floor in order for more room on the main level to spread out and carry more vacuums and supplies.
